South Coast Duplex

This new-build duplex project involved the construction of two new three-bedroom units. Nestled in an idyllic location on the picturesque south coast of New South Wales, the block was in the perfect location for an exclusive coastal retreat. The objective was to ensure that each thoughtfully designed unit was crafted to be a tranquil escape for its residents.

Taking inspiration from the natural textures and colour palettes of the south coast, the two units feature coastal-inspired design features that offer true connection to their surroundings. Double height void spaces to the rear created a sense of openness and space, whilst operable screens at the front of the home created depth and interest. Full-height windows bathe the home in natural light, creating a light and airy feel and seamless flow to the property’s exterior.

The inclusion of a private plunge pool for each unit added a touch of luxury, inviting residents to indulge in moments of relaxation and serenity while basking in the coastal beauty surrounding them.
